The foundation was established in Kabir's memory, with the aim of continuing his ideas and passion for helping others, irrespective of their background or ethnicity.

Guided by Kabir's compassionate spirit, the foundation, led by his brother and sisters, beloved mother Veenu, and cherished uncle Naresh, has grown steadily from humble beginnings.
In 2022, 24 of Kabir's brothers participated in the Cadiz half marathon, from never running before, the majority went from couch to half marathon within a couple months, marking a significant milestone in fundraising efforts.
This event kickstarted a series of successful initiatives, including the much-anticipated Dazed & Confused event, "The Last Dance," and a memorable fashion show organized by his beloved uncle Deepak.
Additionally, Charles Harrison and his cricket family orchestrated a special cricket tournament, while Julian Canessa and his fiancée Danielle Cruz ran the London Marathon, further contributing to fundraising endeavors.
